The VEMoS project receives its first award at the SIREV congress in Alicante (Spain)

Biomedical engineer and software developer of the project, Marina José Martínez, receives the first award for the VEMoS project at the “VIII International Congress of Research in Retina and Vision” (25-27th May in Alicante, Spain). The presented work entitled “Building of a Virtual Eye Model System for Refractive Surgery Treatment” was awarded with “Best Short-Oral Communication in Clinical Research”.

This is just a small reflection of the positive rewards that are to come if we continue with the good pace of work and perseverance that we have been having at all times.

Many thanks to the entire VEMoS team and to the collaborators for this great achievement in this award-winning presentation! Let´s keep up the hard work!
